Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred &
Fifty Eight the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Luke
in the County
of Middlesex

andwith the Consent of His
Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the Said
County did put and place

Child of the said Parish aged twelve years to
Wm. Hope< no role >
Saddle tree maker of the Parish of
St. Sepulches without
Lordon, to learn his Art or
Trade And for as much as it appears unto us that
the said Master hath deserted his Habitation &
left the said Apprentice destitude of all proviss.
and Necessarys And haveing been Summoned
to Attend to Shew Cause he hath refused or Neglected
to Attendas Appears unto us upon the Oath of

for the County of Surrey
(in Which
County the said Master resided last) being Satisfyed
of the truth of the premisses do here by discharged
the said Apprentice from any further Service under
the sd. Indenture & he is here by Discharged Accordingly
