Order for drawing a
Representation to the Lords
Comrs . of his Maties Treasurer
on behalf of Wm. Body and
John Whittenbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. on account
of their apprehending and
suppressing of Street
Robbers.}

This Court being of Opinion that it is proper that a
Representation Should be made from his Majesty< no role > 's Justices
of the Peace of the County of Middx assembled at this present
Sessions to the Right Honoble the Lords Commissioners of his
Majesty's Treasury to inform their Lord Ships that the Said
Justices are of opinion that it is very reasonable that the Sum
of fifty Pounds Should be allowed and paid to William Body< no role > This name instance is in set 3514.
and John Whittenbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. as a Compensation for their trouble and
Expence and as a Reward and Gratuity for their apprehending
and Suppressing of Street Robbers Doth Order that it be
And It is hereby recommended and referred unto Thomas Lane< no role >
Esqr . Chairman of this Court to draw the Said Representation
and to desire the favour of his Grace the Duke of News as the
Lord Lientenant and Custos Rotulorum of the Said County to
cause the Same to be laid before the Lord Commissioners of his
Majesty's Treasury to the intent the said Reward may be the
more easily obtained, And if his Grace should decline the
Same, Then the said Mr. Lane is desired to present the same
to their Lordships.

and John Whittenbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. made application to the Court of General
Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County in December
1745 by their Petition Shewing that Some time ago the Petrs.
