Saith That Marie Le Grand< no role > now Resideing in Pans and.
Martha Partridge< no role > her Servant are Material Witnesses
for this depont. in this Cause and without their Testimony
he cannot Safely proceed to try and make a propper
defence against this Indictment and further Saith
the Said Marie le Grand and Martha Partridge< no role >
did in June last go from London to Parish in
France beyond the Seas and are not yet returned but
this Depont. verily beleives they will both of them
return & come to London in the Month of November
or begining of Decr. next And the said Benjamin
Stevens
< no role > for himself Saith that he knows the said
Marie le grand and Martha Partridge< no role > who were
both lately in London and in or about June last warf
to Pans in france beyond the teas and as he beleives
are now there and not yet returned and at the time
of their going did Say they could return in a far month
and this Depont. beleives they will come to London
in avery Short time
