of January instant, And Deponent was not
called on to give his evidence pursuant to the
condition of his recognizance as he was bound in
by the said W. Black borrow Esq as aforesaid
the he did duly attend for that purpose
and hath neglect his business from the Commetment
of the present Sessions untill this sd 13th day of
January instant, And Deponent further
saith that he hath not by any wilful neglect
or partiality to the said Jonas Abrahams< no role > This name instance is in set 15441544. in
any manner forfeited the condition of his said
recognizance as he was so bound in by the
said W. Black borrow Esq as aforesaid
