of Mr Baine

James Heyward< no role > of the fleet Lane in the City of
London maketh oath and saith that he this
Deponent was bound before W. Blackborow Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the
County of Middlesex in a recognizance in the penal
sum of twenty pounds for his this Deponents appearance
at the present Session of Oyer and Terminer at
Justice Hall in the Old Bailey to give Evidence
against the said Jonas Abrahams< no role > This name instance is in set 1544. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . for stealing
a large Iron Screw which was sworn to be the
Property of the above Prosecutor, And Deponent
further saith that he did duly attend from the
beginning of the present Sessions at Justices Hall
in the Old Bailey aforesaid regularly every day
expecting on such several Days to be called on
to give his Evidence on the above prosecution agts.

further saith that on this 13th day of Jany instant
he did also duly attend and was about the Court
House and kept himself within the hearing of ye
Officers of the said Court, so that if his name had
been called, Deponent must have heard his
name to have been so called, And Deponent
further saith, the he was in waiting and attending
about the said Court and expecting every minute
