Who being upon Oath say and first the said John Clark< no role >
says
that on the 27th. of October last a person now present who calls himself John
Collins< no role >
Reccules, came to this Informants House at Knightsbridge
, and
said, that he was Quarter Master of the Dutchess of Kingstone East
Indiaman, which then lay at Blackwall
, and was commnanded
by Capt. Ferguson-That said Reccules told this Informant that
if he was short of Cash to make up his Payments, with his
Brewer, or Distiller he could suppley him with a Draft of
his Captain-that on his Informants saying that he was rather
short of Money, said Reccules gave to him the Draft or Ordered now
produced purporting to be the Order of A. Ferguson of
Kensington
