Who being on his Oath saith that having been drinking
at the Kings Arms. Public house in Shadwell Market on Wednesday
Evening last in Company with John Wilkie< no role >
his fellow Workmans
Informant and the said John Wilkie< no role >
went from thence between
Eleven and Twelve OClock and Informant being locked [..]
out of his Lodging had agreed to go with Wilkie to his Lodgings
at No. 120 New Gravel Lane
and as they were going along
Ratcliff Highway
between the upper end of Shakespeare Walk
and Farmer Street
this Informant was Stepl by a person now presents who calls

who put a Pistol to his breast demanded
his Money and by force and Violence took from his person One
Shilling and three pence half penny, Lastly this Informant
saith that he is positive as to the prisoner being the person who
clapt a Pistol to his breast put him on Bodily fear and danger
of his life and who by force and violence took from his person
the sum of One Shilling and three pence half penny as aforesaid
he having known him for near four Months and further
saith not.
