The Information of Thomas Gibson< no role > taken
before me this 24th. day of May 1771

Who being upon Oath says that he was present at a Pond in a field which
he has since heard called Hare Street Field at the Time when the late Mr. Daniel
Clark
< no role > This name instance is in set 3672. was very ill treated by Numbers of People then present, that he saw a
person now present who calls himself Robert Campbell< no role > This name instance is in set 3700. near the said Pond
whilst the said Daniel Clark< no role > was in the said Pond, that he first [..]
said Robert Campbell< no role > with his Cloaths on and afterwards in his Shirt without
his Cloths, that he this Informant took the said Daniel Clark< no role > twice out
of the Said Pond in order to Save his Life, that the said Daniel Clark< no role >
died soon after this Informant pulled him out of the Water the second
Time, says that it snowed very hard at the Time the said Daniel Clark< no role > was
in the said Pond ad aforesaid, that he thinks it was about four o'Clock when
the said Daniel Clark< no role > died and that it was about half an hour or three
Quarters of an hour before the said Daniel Clark< no role > died that he Saw the
said Robert Campbell< no role > at the said Pond but cannot he exact as to the
Time
