Robert Hilsey< no role > maketh oath That divers
years ago he was duly bound apprentice to and Served
the Whole thereof with Robert Scriven< no role > in that part
of Love Lane Which lies in the Parish of Saint Mary
Hill near Billingsgate in the City of London That Since
Such his Apprenticeship he has not lived as a hired
Servant for a year or rented a house or other Tenament
of the yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds or upwards
or Served any Parish office or paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain another
Settlement And that he hath a wife named Hannah < no role >
to Whome he was lawfully married about Twenty
Years ago That about Ten Years ago his Said wife left
him & Went to places unknown to him & this Deponent
did not See her nor did he know Where She was nor did he
ever receive any information Whether She was dead or
living for the Space of about Seven years afterwards
& therefor Apprehends her to be dead he this Deponent
was Married to [..] Mary Haywood< no role > (Since deced) in the
Church belonging to the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Bishopsgate London by Whom he hath a
Child now living named Elizabeth < no role > aged about two Years
& Which Child was born in Lamb Alley in the Same
Parish & this Deponent had been Married to the Said
Childs Mother for about nine Months before that he Knew
his Said wife Hannah < no role > was living
