Elizabeth Leach< no role > Singlewoman maketh oath
That she has been informed by her late Father John Leach< no role > & which
information she believes to be true that her said Father was hired
& lived as a hired servant for divers Years by & with one Madam
Fill in Bedford Row in the Liberty above the Bars in the Parish
of St. Andrew Holborn in the County of Middx & by means thereof
gained a legal settlement there That her Said Father to her knowledge
or belief did not afterwards rent a house of Ten Pounds a Year
or serve any Parish office or pay any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes
or do any Act to gain a subsequent settlement That she this
Deponent never was bound Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired
Servant for a Year nor was ever married nor ever did any
Act to gain a Settlement for herself


Sworn this. 6th- day of
