Mary Stubbs< no role > the widow of Mathew Stubbs< no role >
deced Maketh oath That her said late husband as She
has been Credibly informed & believes was duly bound to
& Served the whole of his apprenticeship with William
Harrington
< no role > of Strand Lane in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex Waterman and by
Means thereof of She is advised her said husband gained
a Legal Settlement there and this Depont. Saith that to
her Knowledge or belief her said late husband never rented
a house of Ten Pounds a year or upwards nor ever Served
any Parish office or Paid any Poors Rates or Kings
Taxes nor ever did any Act to gain a Settlement Subsequent
to his sd. apprenticeship and this Depont. Saith that Since
his Death She this Depont. hath not rented a house of
Ten Pounds a year or upwards nor Paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes nor done any Act to gain a
Settlement in her own right
