Justices of the Peace lorge county of middx residing
in or Near the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
in ye County of Middx aforesd. this 17 day of
October 1754

This Examinant on her oath says that about the
beginning of the month of February last past one Thomas
Deller
< no role > of the parish of Thunderidge in ye County of
Hertford Farmer did Prevail with this Examinant
to suffer him to lye with her at this Examinants
Mothers house Mrs. Elizabeth Smisan< no role > And the said
Thomas Deller< no role > had Carnal knowledge of this Examints.
body & so had several times whereby she Conceived
with Child or Children of which she now goeth with
and is Pregnant And this Examinant Saith that
the sd. Child or Children of which she now goeth
with & is pregnant as aforesd. is or are likely to
be born a Bastard or Bastards to be Chargeable
to the sd parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
she not being able to provide for the same And
