Singlewoman taken on oath before me
one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for ye
County of Middx residing in or Near the
parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
in the County of Middx this 3d. day of July
1754

This Examinant on her oath Saith That
about [..] Fourteen Months ago & several times
since until she came from his Service 3 Months Li [..] one David Thomas< no role > her Master who
lived at the sign of the Cock the Corner of
Sherborne Lane in the City of London did
prevail with this Examinant to Suffer
him to lye with her at the said house
and the said David Thomas< no role >
had Carnal knowledge of this Examinants
body & so had several times since Whereby
she Conceived with Child or Children of
which she now goeth and is Pregnant
