In Pursuance of an Order of Court bearing date the
11th. day of February last made upon the humble Petition of
John Griffiths< no role > and Jane< no role > his Wife Executrix of Robert Waite< no role >
deceased the late Steward of this Hospital Where by it was
Ordered that it should be reffered to the Committee of this
Hospital to consider what Allowances they should think
reasonable to be made to the late Steward and to the Petitioners
for the matters in the Said Petition mentioned and to Report the
same to the Court This Committee having duly weighted and
Considered the said Petition & haveing Compared the Prices paid by
the late Steward and the Petitioners with the Contracts made for
