Resolved that the Consideration of this
matter be postpond until the 7th. Day of Sept. next the adjournmt day of this Sessions
and that one or more of the said Society be requested to
attend at that time

Mr Chairman informed the Court that
he had seen Mr Boodle the Aged of Lord Northempton
relative to the lease of the Ground in front of the Sessions
House and that Mr Boodle informed him thathe
Lord Northampton being out of the Kingdom had prevented him geting the
proposed to sond the said leave ever to Lord Northampton
Leav [..] ted but that he thod. Shortly sent some deed our to his Lord ship
in Fea [..] for the purpose of being executed by him
& thatthathe thod. send the Leace in Quesro [..] With other [..]
but that if it was necessary to do any thing to the
Ground in the mean time that the [..] Justices, might
proceed therein the same Way as if the lease was
executed
