maketh oath that he this Deponent
having received the annext notice from the Defendants
attorney is this Matter, He this Deponent did on thursday
last the twelfth day of this instant October in Purfleet
Street
in Kings Lynn
aforesaid make strict enquiry for
Thomas Bentley the above Prosecuter and for his
Habitation or Place of Abode in order to have served him
with the same, when this Deponent was informed
that the said Thomas Bentley had disposed as all
his Goods and Effects, had left Lyme above six months
ago and that his House hath ever since been
a [..] and lockt up. but where the said Thomas
Bentley [..] as gone to inside, no person then
sell, unless he was gone to London, and that he the
said Thomas Bentley in general bore a very bad
Character And this Deponent further saith that
the said Thomas Bentley's House in Purfleet Sheet
aforesaid was his last place of Abode in Lynn ten
the knowledge and belief of this Deponent.
