. in the County of Middsex
upon on Inquisition
touching the death of William Landon< no role >
lying dead in the
Parish Liberty and County aforesaid
Edward Brown< no role >
a Lodger at Mr Ellis in Little Marlborogh
Street
Gentleman
on his Oath saith, That he has known
William Landon< no role >
the Deced thereon four Years, and that
the Deced who was on Officer of Execise in the Brewery Instructed
the Deced in that Branch, Says that the Deced and
this Dept, on Sunday Morning last (between nine and
ten o' Clock Sepr. 4th) went together in a Chair drown
by one Horse from Town to [..] dept. at Martin
in Surry [..]
where they drank. Ale wine & Brandy & Water Milk bank from
thence drowe to Wimbleton
, where they drank Brandy
& Water, a Glass of Rum each, [..]
some Brandy & Water
[..] a Glass of Brandy and [..]
and some Beer, Says that the Deced and this Dept
were then much Intoxicated with Liquor, and
either got in or were helped into the Chaire there
(Dept. cannot tell which) Says that they had before
Agreed to go to Kew to See some of the Prime of Wales
Servants, and that he remembers their being
in the Chaire at Kew
, but cannot say how they
got there, That they stopped at Keep with some
of the Prime of Wales's Servants, whose names Dept.
cannot recollect, nor does he know whether they
drank any Liquor there, the Dept. and the Deced
being very much in Liquor, But Dept, recollection [..]
that he told the Prince of Wales's Servants that he
had beer hurt but could not recollect how it happened
Says that he remembers the Deced and himself
being got into the Chaire again at Kew, it being
then dark, but Dept. knows not the hour nor
which
