which way they come home, nor did Dept. know
where they were until he was at Charing Cross , the
Dept. being then assleep with him in the Chaise
Says that they got to the End of Queen Street
Oxford Street where Deced lived, that Mrs. London
came there and with Dept. helped the Deced out
of the Chaise, who was then awake and asked about one o' Clock on Monday Morning
Dept. for his Great Coat, which Dept. gave him out
of the Chaise, and Deced than said that his
Shoulder Ached, and desired Dept. to fetch the Mon [..]
to take the Horse, Says that he called twice
on Monday last upon the Deced, who was asleep
both times, and Dept. did not than Know that the Deced
was hurt. And Dept. says that he was so much
in Liquor that he cannot tell whether the Chaise
was overturned, or whether the Deced & himself
were thrown out of the Choice. and can give no
Account how the Deced's hurt was received

Parish of St. Mary le bone Clerk to Mr. Taylor
the Brewer , on his Oath saith, That on Monday
last on hearing that the Deced was not well
went to his House in Queen Street between
ten and Eleven o'Clock, That the Deced was
asleep, That an Apothecary bled the Deced, who
moved his Arm when he was Pricked but did
not awake, Says that he called again in the
Evening when the Surgeon came in, who Examined
the Deced's Head and said it was not hurt, but said
that his Collar Bone was broke, and believed that
one of his Ribs was broke the Deced still
continuing in an insensible State. and Dept. was
informed that he died very soon after

on her Oath saith That on Sunday Morning last (Sepr. 4)
the Deced and Mr. Brown went together in a Chaise
purposing to go to Mr. Medcalf. and to Wimbleton
in Surry, Says that about one o'Clock the next
Morning the Deced and Mr. Brown come to the End
of Queen Street in the same Chaise, That the Deced
got out of the Chaise, asked Mr. Brown for his
great Coat and desired him to take care of the Horse
That the Deced walked to his House complained
of a pain in hisNeckleft Shoulder and said that
he had a fall out of the Choice and could not tell
whether the Wheel had gone over him, That the Deced
desired to go to Bed, and to have some Camsmile
Tea which Dept. gave twice and Bathed his
Shoulder, which was Bruised, with he Ninegar,
That the Deced fell asleep, and continued Dosing
all day on Monday, until about Nine o'Clock
that Night (Sepr. 5th.) when Deced died, Says that
the Deced was well on Sunday when he went out
and believes that his Death was caused by the
hurt which he reced in falling out of the Chaise
and believes that it was Accidental the Deced
and Mr. Brown being always upon very good Terms.
