John Tisden proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Margaret Westminster , was indicted for assaulting Valentine Reynolds proceedingsvictim on the High way, and robbing him of 9 s. on the 6th of February last. The Prosecutor swore, That coming home between 1 and 2 in the Morning, he call'd at a House in King-street Westminster to drink, where the Prisoner was, who follow'd him out, threw him down, and took away his Money. His Evidence being very imperfect, the Prisoner was acquitted .
