The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas The Churchwardens abovenamed
Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morly< no role > Edward Grisdell< no role > & Wm Lawrence< no role > Overseeres of the poore
of the parish of St Clement Danes with thassent of two Justices of the peace
according to the Statute in that Case provided Have put Rebecca Knite an
Apprentice to ye the above bounden Anthony Knite< no role > for the terme of seaven yeares
commenceing from ye date above written and have given with the said
Apprentice fifty shillings If therefore the above bounden Anthony Knite< no role > &
Andrew Flodger< no role > or eyther of them or eyther of theire heires
Executors. or Admrs. Doe well & Sufficiently provide for keepe & maintaine ye
said Rcbecca Knite< no role > in by and with all & all manner of needefull & necessary
washing Lodging Apparrell Linnen and other necessarys meete and
convenient for such an Apprentice dureing the said terme, And alsoe well
and sufficiently save defend and keepe harmelesse & indempnified the
Churchwardens and Overseeres of the poore and theire successors.
And all the Parishoners and Inhabitants of the said parish which now
are and hereafter shall be & every of them of and from the Charge of
Keepeing & maintaineing the said Apprentice dureing the said terme
And of and from all Accons Suites & Taxacons whatsoever which the sd
Parish or Parishoners of St Clement Danes or any of them shall or may
incurre susteine or be putt unto in any manner of wise in respect of the
said Apprentice Then this Obligacon to be voyd and of none effect or
else to be and remaine in full force power and vertue.
