The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens a bone
named Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morly< no role > Edward Erisdell< no role > & Wm Lawrence< no role > Overseeres
of the poore of the Parish of St Clement Danes with thassent of two Justices
of the Peace according to the Statute Have putt Elizabeth Hollman an
Apprentice to ye a bone named Mary Frume for the terme of seaven
yeares commenceing from the date a bone written and have given with the
said Apprentice ye sume of fourty shillings sterling If there fore the said Mary
Frume and John Chandler< no role > or eyther of them theire heires Executors. or Admrs.
Doewell and sufficiently provide for Keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice
in by and with all manner of Needefull & necessary washing Lodging Linnen and
all other necessarys meete and convenient for such an Apprentice dureing
the said terme And alsoe well and sufficiently save defend & Keepe harmelesse
and indempnifies the Churchwardens & Overseeres of ye Poore & theire
Successors. and all the Parishoners & Inhabitants of the said Parish of St Clement
Danes which now are and here after shall be and every of them of and from ye
Charge of keepeing and maintaineing the said Apprentice dureing the said terme
and of and from all Accons Suits & taxacons whatsoever which the said Parish or
Parishoners of St Clement Danes or any of them shall or may [..] incurre
Susteine or be putt unto in any manner of wise in respect of the said Apprentice
Then this Obligacon to be voyd and of none effect or else to be and remaine
in full force power and virtue.
