Poore of the Parish of St Clement Danes above menconed Have by
Indenture beareing eaven date with these prsents putt William Bromwell< no role >
Apprentice to the above bounden James Townsend< no role > for the terme of seaven
Yeares commenceing from the day of the date of these prsents and have
given with the sd Apprentice the sume of fifty shillings sterling If
therefore the said James Townsend< no role > his Executors. Admrs. or Assignes doe
well and sufficiently provide for keepe and maintaine the sd William
Bromwell in by and with all needefull and convenient diett washing Lodging
Apparrell linnen and all other necessarys dureing the said terme of seaven
Yeares And doe allsoe thereby accquit discharge save defend and keepe
harmelesse and indempnified the Churchwardens and Overseeres of the
poore and theire Successors. and all the Parishoners & Inhabitants of the
said Parish which now are and hereafter shall be and every of them
of and from the Charge of keepeing and maintaineing of the said
Apprentice dureing the sd terme and of and form all Accons Suites
Charge & taxacons whatsoever which the said Parish or Parishoners
or any of them Shall or may incurre Susteine or Reput unto for or
