have a Lease Granted him of the house late Mr. Harvyes next the
Mermaid in Holborne for 15 yeares to Commence from Michas next
to have ye usuall Pish Covenants as in Mr. Harveys Lease the Lease
to be Sealed ye 29th. of June instant & then gave £5. to the use of
