lease of St. John Baplist next ensueing the rent to be paid quaterly
and to pay all taxes & then gave 5s for the use of the Poore and
to enter at Ladyday next the taxes to be all cleared by the Parish
to Mid Summer next the lease to be Sealed in a month after Lady
day next

That the Churchwardens & Anncients haveing againe Considered the
late Overseers of the Poores accompts and finding them very extravagant
in their expences and their accompts uncertaine and lumpt without
Particulers will not concerne themselves further in that affaire
