Ordered

That Mr Prude (in Consideracon of the Extraordinary want of yeare
which the house is in that he hath taken of the parish late Mr
Ravenscrafts Situate in High Holborne in the parish of [..]
be discharged from the paymt. of all rent to the parish for the said
house till Michaelmas day which shall be in the yeare of the Lord
1693 and for which Consideracon the said Mr. Prude is to repade the
said house at his owne Cost & Charges.

Memorand it is agreed that Mr: Prude be allowed another years rent after the 3 yeare above [..]
menconed in Cons of his Extraordinary Charge in paveing before his done wth. f [..]
