That Mr. Wm. Jarman< no role > for the Consideracon of £40: shall have
an Estate in fee simple vested in him & to his heires for ever of three
foot of ground in breadth & Sixty eight foot in length out of the new
Church Yard next adjoyning to his house also enjoy his Vault though
it extends further into the Church Yard Mr: Jarman not to enlarge
his buildings further into the new Church Yard further then the
said three foot nor to make any Jutty over nor to build over nor
in close over the Vault further then the said three foot And that
the said money be paid to the late Overseers of the poore in part
of satisfacton of what money is due to them from the parish on the
foot of their account:
