Whereas by an Order beareing date ye 25th. day of Nov. 1685
It was then agreed yt Dr Barbon paying £920: at or be for
the 23d. day of January next ensueing and Surrounding the
severall Leaser of Dr Ganden Mr. Geere Mr. Sta [..] and
Mr. Hallis Tenemts. the said Dr to have a Lease of ye said
Tenemts. Now in Consideracon the said monye was not paid
as above menconed It was afterwards agreed that the sd.
Dr paying ye Sume of one thousand pounds [..]
Ordered that the Tennemt in the possion of Ralph Clayton< no role >
be added to ye said Lease for ye terme of 51 yeare
the said Dr Barbon paying the said Considecon monye as this day.
