According to a former Order ye Churchwardens doe
report to ye Anntients of ye Vestry and it is agreed by
the whole Vestry That a Lease Shall be by them late
for 61 yeare of ye ground menconed in ye last Order
at a Pepper corne yearely paying £280. for the
Consideracon monye which said Lease is sealed and
the said Sume paid the said Lease Commenceing at
Michas last
