to Notice given in the Church in Psuance of an Ordr. of the 13th. of June
Instant to Considr. of proper Methods to discharge the Debts of the Pish
due for repeing & adorneing the Church
The state of the Debts doe from the Pish now read amounting to £3725:18s:3d
of wch. there is due to the workmen £1133:2s:6d.
The Queon putt that a Comittee be appointed to looke into the Workemens
bills & the worke done & by whose Ordr. & by wt Authority & how much
have been pd. towds. the bills & wt. remaine due to the Workemen & it is
otherwise doe & demanded from the Pish.
Ordered that a Comittee be appointed accordingly
The Prisons Queon Putt Whether to have 2 or 3. out of each ward &
carryed for 3
Ordered that 3 Psons be chosen out of each ward [..] by the Inhabitants
of each ward [..] not being Vestry Men or attorneys
Ordered that 7 Psons of the 24 to be chosen be a Board to goe
upon the buissinesse to inspect the cares aforesd. and each ward done
Chuse their owne 3 Comittee Men [..] to be retorned to the
Genrall Vestry [..] wch. is adjourned to Thursday
next
Ordered that an Enquiry be likewise made relateing to the beautifyeing
of the Church & building the Steeple & of the Money collecters either be subscripton on otherwise & of whom &
how much the same amounted unto & here the same have been

be declared in the Church on Sunday next for the sevall Wards fell
