Leases of the Premises belonging to the above
Charity for Thirty One Years from Midsummer
next and to pay £20 for the first Year and £30
a Year for the remaining Thirty Years Tax free
and to lay out £380 in Two Years upon the
necessary repairs of the Premises

Resolved and agreed that Mr Ward have a
Lease or Leases of the said Premises purst.
