from Mr. Turnbull of Fen Court Fenchurch Street , enclosed
the plan of a Society intended to be instituted, for the
Relief of the Ruptured Poor; requesting that it might to
laid before the Vestry, and soliciting the sanction &
Interest of this parish, in support of the Institution
