Read and Audited the Overseers Account
of the Month of April last amounting to the Sum
of £

The late Overseers of the Poor , paid £10 [..]
to the Churchwarden, in discharge of their Note, as usual
And that Sum, was advanced by the Churchwardens,
to the present Overseers, on their Note, which was
deposited in the hands of the Vestry Keeper

Resolved and agreed that the first
Rate for the necessary relief of the Poor, be at six pence
in the pound Rents

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk rate
the Book accordingly

Mr Samuel Oddy< no role > proposed
Mr. James Hitchon< no role > of Newcastle Street Haberdasher

and

Mr. James Sadler< no role > of Vere Street Tallow Chandler ,
as his Securities for receiving forthe Rents of the
Holborn Estate, and such other parish Monces as he
should receive while in the Office of Churchwarden of this parish
and they(being well known Inhabitants)

Were Unanimously accepted

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk prepare the
usual Bond, and get the same executed

Read and Confirmed the Minutes of the Churchwardens [..]
Overseers of the Poor , and Assistants, of the 26th.. day of April last, respecting the appointment of Mrs.-Prior
