St. Clement Danes 21st. Febry. 1782

General Committee met pursuant to Notice Concerning the Sufferers
by the late Fire.

The Chairman Reported the Several Proceedings of the Sub Committee
since the last meeting of the General Committee for their Approbation
& Concurrence and on the Questions being put Up the same was
unanimously approved of and Confirmed.

A Motion made by Mr. Allanson & Seconded by Mr. Williams that
a Present of £20. shod. be made to Mr. Sidebotham for his Trouble &
Attendances on the Committee exclusive of Monies paid out of Pockett
To Mrs. Botney 8 Guineas for Fire & Attendances and to each of
the Beadles 1 Guinea and on the Question being put the same
was carried in the AffirmativeNem Con.

Ordered that the Advertizement drawn up for returning the City
Thanks for their Liberal Donation of £200 be advertized in all
the Morning and evening Papers.

Ordered that all the Hoblemen Gentlemen & others who have
Subscribed 3 Guineas or upwards whr. by Initials or otherwise
be advertized and thanks be given to all Subcribers in General
And that an Account there of be fairly transcribed on Volumn
and hung up in the Vestry Room for the Inspection of every Person
who may Choose to Inspect the same.

A Motion made by Mr. Brooks and Seconded by all present
that the General Thanks shod. be given to Mr. Allanson Chairman
of the Committee for his Trouble up right & Impartial Justice to
all the Sufferers by the late Fire and on the Question's being
put up it was Carried.Nemine Contradicente

Adjourned to Tuesday next at 5 o Clock precisely in Order
to pay off the several Sufferers Losses by the late Fire.
