proposed himself to be a
Substitute Constable to serve for Mr. Kay he was
approved of
This being a meeting to consider of a Subscription
for Relief of the poor during this inclement Season
and of the Application thereof
It was resolved That a Subscription be
immediately opened for supplying the Poor resident
within this Parish with Fuel, also with Soup and
such Articles as Substitutes for Bread as shall be
found expedient.
That such Subscription be collected from
House to House through the Parish and that
Books lay open at the Vestry Room in the Church
Yard for receiving subscriptions from eleven o Clock
the Forenoon till two o Clock in the afternoon every
day Sundays excepted
That the Churchwardens Overseers and
Treasurer
with the several Gentlemen present be a
