This being a Meeting for taking into consideration
a proposal from Doctor Willis for renting the
Chapel
in West Street Seven Dials
with the Message
adjoining thereto also to confirm or appoint
Trustees of the said premises and to give directions
for the letting and management thereof
It was moved by Mr. Sumner & seconded by Mr. Marchant
That the Sum of £ 100 be asked of Doctor
Willis for the rent of the Chapel & House adjoining
Ordered a notice in Church on Sunday next
for a meeting to consider of a subscription for Relief
of the Poor during the inclemency of the Season and
high price of Provisions
Upon inspecting the Title Deeds to the premises
in West Street it appeared that no Deed of Feoffment had been
executed for many years that the Trustees were all dead and that

strand was the Survivor It was resolved that a Deed of Feoffment
be prepared The Rector and following Inhabitants were duly
chosen Trustees of the Estate in West Street to whom the
Deed of Feoffment was directed to be made
