That an Appeal had been gained by the
Parish against Saint Mary Mountthaw , London, respecting the
Settlement of Hannah Clark< no role > & family.

And
That Sarah Clement< no role > , the Child deserted in
Clement's Lane , on the 1st. Instant had been advertised, three
viz: once in the Morning Herald, Morning Advertiser
and Courier.

Whereupon Mrs. Anness Proposal respecting the said
Child was taken into consideration

Resolved
That a Bond be prepared for Mr Robert
Anness< no role > to execute as a Security for his providing for the
Child free of any expence to the Parish, except the Bond, and
for the return of the Child should it be claimed

Ordered
That the Clerk do prepare the Bond, accord.
ingly.
