Mr. Dowlman proposed

Good Salt Butter after it is scraped and wired at 56/ per
Firkin (56lb)

Good Gloucester Cheese at 66/ per Cwt (112lb)

To be paid for One Month after a quarter shall be expired
and so after every quarter of a year during the Contract.

Mr Stanton's Proposal (being the lowest) was
accepted and he proposed Mr. James Anderson< no role > and Mr.
Robert Langdale< no role > as Secreties for the performance of the
Contract, who being approved of the Vestry Clerk was
Ordered to prepare the usual Contract.

Not having received a Proposal for serving the Poor
with Coals

It was Resolved
That an Advertisement be inserted in the
Morning Advertiser, for Contractors, generally.

And
That the Board do meet on the twenty sixth
Instant to receive such Proposals as may be offered as well
from Coal Merchants resident out of as within the Parish
and Orders were given the Clerk accordingly.

Resolved
That an Advertisement be inserted, three
twice in the Morning Advertiser for Masters and Mistresses
of Children in the House and Orders given to the Clerk
accordingly.
