And it being the only Proposal was unanimously

For Meat.

Mr. Luff proposed to Serve the Workhouse
with Butchers Meat as follows Vizt.


Clods Stickens Mouse Buttocks
& whole Leg of Mutton Pieces
Twice a week Cut fair
& without Bone at 2/8s P Stone

Thick & Thin flanks of Beef once a week at 2s.18d - P Stone
Legs of Mutton once a Month at 3s/4d.. P Stone


Breasts of Mutton dailyatalso Meat
for the Masters Table & Suet on Saturdays
at 3s/4d. P Stone

The Beef to be good Ox Beef.

The Mutton to be good Wither Mutton the Legs not
weighing less than 9lb.. each and the Breasts in
Proportion.

It being the only Proposal was unanimously
Accepted

For Butter and Cheese

Mr. John Elsworth< no role > proposed Serving the
Workhouse for a year with Butter and Cheese as
follows Vizt.

Good Salt Butter to be weighed after it is Scraped
and Wired at 38s./P firkin or 56lb..

Good Gloucester Cheese at 46s. Per Cwt or 112lb.

It being the only Proposal was unanimously
Accepted

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk do prepare
the usual Agreements and get same Executed.
