The Minutes of the last meeting Read
and confirmed

Read the Returns of the Inspector of Paving
and Lamps.

The Committee being Summoned to consider
whether to Reduce the One Shilling Rates made
by this Committee on the thirteenth day of April
last and having examined the Bankers Account
as also the Collector as to the Arrears to be Received
to Lady day last and taken into Consideration
the general State of the Paving Account Also the
several circumstances relative thereto
this Committee are of Opinion that the said
Rate so made at One Shilling should be
Collected at Ten Pence in the Pound from Lady
