Read the returns of the Inspectors of
Paving and Lamps.

A Bill form Willm Nurse< no role > the Younger for
Carpenters Work one Year to Christmas last
amounting to £2..15s..6d being read Ordered that the
same be paid for which purpose three of this Committee
drew on the Banker to that Amount

A Letter from Mr. Hutchins relative to the
Nonpayment of £15: P Annum for the Dust by
Cooper the late Contractor amounting to £45: being read
and the Committee being specially summoned to
Consecter of that business Resolved as the Opinion
of this Committee that they cannot comply with
Mr. Hutchins request consistent to the Act of
Parliament.
