Confirmed
Mr. Mellifont & Mr Prince the Owners of Two
Houses in Arundel Street
requesting leave to Erect
Iron Rails opposite their respective Houses and agreeing
not to project the same beyond those already standing
Ordered that they have leave to do so at their own Expence
Resolved that Mr. Meredith be desired forthwith
to Repair the Strand
from Temple
Bar as Fleet Street
is now Repaving whereby the Coachway will soon
be totally stopped
Ordered that a Causeway be made from the Church
Porch to the opposite side
Read the Returns of the Inspector of Paving
and Lamps
Ordered that the Clerk inform the Lamp Contractor
that unless Amendment is made in Lighting the Lamps
this Committee will determine the Contract
