said Inspectors and Constable be Defended in such
Actions by Mr. Chessall

Mr. Chapman an Inhabitant near Exeter
Change being Summoned for placing Trunks on the
Foot Pavement Attended and promised Removal

And Mr. Eaton of Vere Street Mr. Petty of Duke
Street Mr Smith a Broker in Clare Court
Mr Radenhurst of Blackmore Street Mr. Ballan
of Clare Street Mr Griffis of Clare Street Mr Higgs
a Smith in Houghton Street or Holles Street Mr Yards
new Inn Passage Mrs. Bailey of Clements Inn
Passage Mr. Nainby a Broker in Horse shoe Co.
Mr. Dawes of Newcastle Court & Mr. Keep of Grent
Shire Lane being also Summoned for placing
things on the foot Pavement & Mr Lazenby at
whose Instance Mrs. Bailey was Summoned
attending and being heard, not only as to her [..]
but several other Persons placing things in
Clements Inn Passage It was Resolved by the
Committee that the Clause in the Act of Parliament
(which was several times Read to so many of
the Parties as attended) be carried into Execution

Resolved that Mr. Sumner, Mr. Carpue, Mr. Perins
Mr Seear & Mr. Cullum be a Committee to View & [..]
