At a Meeting of the Committee for Paving Elected &
Appointed pursuant to an Act of Parliament in the Vestry
Room of Saint Clement Danes the 17th. day of November
1775.

The Minutes of the last Meeting Read and Confirmed.

The Commissioners Order of the 7th. Instant relative to the Lamps lig [..]
by the Commissioners in the return of the Optional Streets being read
Ordered that Mr. Butler, Mr. Carpue, Mr. Ireland, and Mr. Kenn [..]
be requested to view the same and report at the next meeting.

Mr. Warmington an Inhabitant of Little Shire Lane Complain [..]
that the way to her Cellar (which was Originally a Beer Cellar) was con [..]
when the Lane was Paved Ordered that the Inspector get the same put [..]
a Situation as that she may use the same as before the Paving thereof.

Mr. Walker and Mr. Bonus Inhabitants of Grainge Court attending
behalf of themselves and the other Inhabitants and desiring to have the [..]
Court new Paved Ordered that the same be recommended to the Commissioners
for Paving Westminster Etc.

Mr. Nixon the Inspector being Sworn returns that this Committee
Contractor light three Lamps in Strand Lane and that the Rates are
received by the Commissioners as being part of Surry Street Ordered
that the Commissioners for paveing Westminster be acquainted that sa [..]
Lamps will be no longer lighted by this Committees Contractor

And Mr. Nixon also returns that a little repair is wanted in
Exeter Court two stones wants to be relaid in Clare Court and one in Ship
Yard Ordered that the said Repairs be done.

Adjourned to 1st. December next at 6 o' Clock.
