Lamps for three years with a two spout Burner from Sun Setting to Sun Rising

same with a double Burner at £1:6s. each Lamp per year, And Mr. Wm. Baylis< no role >
proposing to do the same business at 27s:6d each Lamp And this Committee
having taken into Consideration the said several proposals and heard the
