to Wit Elizabeth Studd< no role > Aged upwards of 21 years
Upon her Oath Saith that she never was Married
that she lived as ahiredhired Yearly Servant with
Mrs.MoSimpson late Mrs. Morris in Stanhope
Street in the parish of Saint Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex for 15 Months at the
Yearly Wages of £3 And thisDeponentExaminant
further Saith that she is Pregnant with a Child
or Children That is or are likely to be born a
Bastard or Bastards and to become chargeable to
the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes when
born, And further Saith that a Man who [..]
lives at Mr. Hodges on Mill Bank [..] a distiller but Lodged
at Mr. Forty's who keeps the Ship at Milbank
where this Examinent lived 5 Months since she
left Mrs. Simpson's late Mrs. Morris in the father of such Child or Children wherewith she is so pregnant he having had
[..] carnal Knowledge of this Examinants Body
some time in the beginning of May last past
and at several times since at One of which times
he did beget the Child or Children of which she is
now Pregnant And that he and no One else is
the Real and true Father thereof And further
saith that she does not know thesaid [..]
of the Father of the sd. Child or Children which she
is now Pregnant with but that his Christian
Name is Joseph that he is a very Lusty Man & [..]
tall Generally wares a Short Round Frock & An
Oil skin Hat [..] & has a Dark Shock Head of Ha [..]
