to wit Dorothy Lott< no role > This name instance is in set 621. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . aged about 27 years upon
her Oath saith that on the 22d. day of March 1784 she
Intermarried with William Lott< no role > at the Parish Church
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch That her said Husband
in the Month of January 1787 Sailed in the Warren
Hastings East India Man for China and Bombay
That he did not Return till October 1788 and during all
the Time he was absent she never heard from him And
further this Examinant upon her Oath saith that on
the 11th. day of November last she was delivered of a
Female Bastard Child at the House of a Mr. Bray
in Hemlock Court which hath since been Christened
by the Name of Mary Ann< no role > That one Thomas
Hurley
< no role > a Journeyman Taylor who lives with a
Mr. Franklin a Taylor at Eaton is the father
thereof he having had carnal knowledge of this
Examinants Body sometime in the Month of
October 1787. and at several times since at one
of which times he did beget the said Child of which
she was so delivered as aforesaid and that the
said Thomas Hurley< no role > is the only real and true
father thereof.
