to wit Elizabeth Carr< no role > aged about Nineteen
years upon her Oath saith that she never
was married that she lived as a hired yearly
Servant with one Richard Trist< no role > a Taylor in Arundel
Street in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex for Two years at the yearly
Wages of Seven Guineas that she hath quitted said
Service about Twelve Months since which time
she hath done no Act Matter or thing whereby she
might have gained a subsequent settlement And
further this Deponent upon her voluntary Oath
saith that she is pregnant with Child or Children
which is or are likely to be born a Bastard or
Bastards and to become Chargeable to the said
Parish That one Robert Rogers< no role > who did live at
the sign of the Eye and Helmet in Wapping but is
now on board the William Pitt Indian man now
Sailed for Bengal is the father thereof he having
had carnal knowledge of this Examinants Body
and begotten the said Child or Children of which she is
now Pregnant and that he is the only Real and true
father thereof
