to wit Elizabeth Kay< no role > aged about 19 years
upon her Oath saith that she never was married
That she lived as a hired yearly Servant with
Mrs. Owen in Lyons Inn in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the County of Middx and
Liberty of Westminster for Two years at the yearly
wages of Four Guineas that she hath quitted said
Service about Six Months since which time she
hath done no Act to gain a subsequent settlement
And further this Examinant upon her voluntary
Oath saith that she is pregnant with Child or
Children which is or are likely to be born a
Bastard or Bastards and to become Chargeable
to the said parish That one Henry Grist< no role > who
lives at the Temple of the Flora is the father
thereof he having had carnal Knowledge of this
Examinants Body and begotten the same
thereon and that the said Henry Grist< no role > and no
other Person did beget the same and that he is
the only real and true father thereof
