(to wit) Hannah Walker< no role > aged 23 years
and upwards Singlewoman Upon Oath
saith That she never was Married That she lived
as an hired yearly Servant with Mr Woothead
at the White Horse Clare Market in the parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the said Liberty and
County for about two years at the Annual
Wages of Seven pounds that she quitted
that service about ten Months ago and
hath not since rented any House or Apartment
of ten pounds a year paid any parish Taxes
or otherwise obtained any subsequent legal
Settlement And this Deponent further on
her Voluntary Oath saith that she is pregnant & with Child of
with a Child or Children w Children which is
or are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards
and to become chargeable to the paid parish
of St Clement Danes and that Joseph Beards< no role > a
Journeyman Carpenter who works with Mr
Smith some where in or near Chancery Lane in
the said County or in the City of London is the
only real and true Father of such Child or
Children wherewith she is so pregnant as afore [..]
and he having had Carnal knowledge of this De
Deponent's Body sometime in or about the
Month of December last and at several time
since at some or one of which times he did
