(to wit) Sarah Richards< no role > Singlewoman aged
twenty one years and upwards Upon Oath
saith that she never was Married, she lived as an hired yearly Servt.
with Mr Constable in Butcher Row in the
parish of St Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex [..] Coffee Man for about one year and two Months
& upwards at the Annual Wages of Seven
pounds for the first Nine Months and Eight
Guineas the residue of the time that she
quitted his Service on or about the 20th. instant and
hath not obtained any subsequent legal Settlement
and this Deponent Upon her Voluntary Oath
farther saith that she is now pregnant
with a Child or Children which and that the said Child or Children is or one
likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and
[..] be and that to become chargeable to the said
parish of St Clement Danes and that Samuel
Taylor
< no role > a Walter at the said Mr Constable's of Butcher
Row on the said or the only real and true father
of such Child or Children where with she is
pregnant as aforesaid aforesaid he having had
Carnal knowledge of this Deponents Body [..]
in or about the Month of December last and at
several times since at some or one of which
times he did beget the said Child or Children there
or the said Body of this Deponent and saith
that she was not ever criminally connected
